Hi, I go by Ticks. I'm a 27-year-old nonbinary Aussie furry, I like to write, and I like to think I'm quite good at it! If you have any interest in acquiring a piece of writing, whether it be straightforward narrative, a vignette for a new character, or something else entirely, you've come to the right place!
Process
Contact me on any of my socials, and give me a brief rundown of what you'd like written, including the character or characters involved and a general description of what you want. Please keep in mind that I may decline a given request; this is nothing personal, but I may just not feel personally inspired by what you want written. Please do not take this as a personal judgement!
If accepted, I'll ask for as much detail as you can give on the involved characters; this is to ensure I can write any OCs as accurately as I can. For established characters, any examples of writing you have of your character is ideal -- even some snippets of RP containing some dialogue work fine!
I may contact you over the course of my working on your commission to ask you things; this may include things like additional character details and mentalities, desired narrative points, or even just little clarifications.
Once I have a draft, I will send you a link to a Google document. You will have comment privileges, so you can highlight any changes or make any specific notes you'd like. Changes can be made as to your liking, though substantial changes will likely incur a small additional fee.
Once any required changes are made and you are happy with the piece as is, the piece will be published on my FurAffinity with any socials you supply attached. If you don't wish for my work for you to be published, you may say so at any point of the commission process.

Pricing
Your commission will be priced based on a general word count and commission type. Your commission may exceed a word-count estimate (possibly because I got overzealous) but you will not be charged extra.
If your request also includes one of my own characters, I may be a tad pickier, but I will also offer a discount of 20% off for you. Consider it my thanks for your interest in my creatures. ♥All prices are in USD. Major edits to a draft may incur a small additional fee, depending on the size of the edits.*Time to complete a given commission may vary. I also work part-time with somewhat irregular hours, and my energy is somewhat sporadic, so please take any estimates for the time it takes me to finish any given product as generous.

$20 - Blurb (500-1000 words): This is a short piece detailing the broad strokes of a character or setting, perfect for an OC's bio or a setting's brief pitch. Assuming I have nothing else going on, this can be done within the day!
-Details can be developed by yours truly, but will incur an additional fee. While I can develop something entirely on the fly, I would prefer to have something to work with, so please at least bring a mood!
$30 - Scene Snippet (500-1000 words): This is a short piece of writing, likely a small amount of dialogue or just a glimpse into the life of a character. This will likely not take longer than a week to write!
$60 - Expanded Snippet (1000-2000 words): This usually entails a short exchange, or perhaps a small part of a character's daily routine. This may take around a week to write out.
$100 - Short Scene (2000-3500 words): A brief scene with a specific focus; perfect for smut with a quick setup and ending. This shouldn't take any longer than two weeks.
$180 - Short Story (3500+): A small story, with proper setup and pay-off, all in a neat little narrative! I may be a bit pickier about which of these I take, as the time and effort required for such a piece can be quite hefty. Time to finish may vary depending on complexity of the piece.
Other: If what you want written doesn't fall within these boundaries, then please get in touch and we'll work it out!

This may be for any reason, even simply because I simply do not 'feel the vibe' of the given request -- I will try to explain to you why, and please do not take this personally!• I have no interest in writing canon characters or established settings; not only does this complicate copyrights in terms of receiving money to write them, but I also personally find these difficult and constricting to write.• I will most likely publish the work I have done for you on my FurAffinity; if you don't wish for my work for you to be posted publicly, please say so!
If you publish my works yourself, please credit me where possible!• The following are off-limits: scat (and other filth-related kinks,) hyper/growth, vore, incest, and sexualized gore. Other kinks or themes may be on the board but if they are considered extreme at all, please ask me in advance as this has the potential to impact my ability to do your commission.• All characters involved in a sexual act or context must appear as an act like an adult, as well as be sapient, and at least relatively humanoid. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Ciruud Urdaal is a draconic humanoid, most at home in fantasy settings but easily transferable to most any genre. A character very close to my heart, Ciruud is an underdog, through and through.

Damien Baker is a sheep who strives to improve the life of everyone around him. He loves fiercely and barely has a mean bone in his body. Happy-go-lucky and terribly generous, making for a good friend or a gentle dom!

Regan King is a vagrant. Living out of the back of his van, he supports himself through music, but otherwise lives in quiet solitude on the road. He is quite flexible, able to be found in most places.
